Jacqueline Galanty

Specialist Eating Disorder Dietitian, Clinical Lead

Jacqueline leads the practice and holds clinical oversight across the team.

She has spent her career specialising in eating disorders and complex eating difficulties, developing her expertise through specialist NHS and private roles, alongside advanced training in both nutritional and psychological approaches. This breadth allows her to work across the full spectrum of presentation, from early disordered eating through to complex, long-standing eating disorders.

Jacqueline works with adults, adolescents and families presenting with:

  • anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID

  • long-standing disordered eating

  • ADHD, autism and PDA where eating is affected

  • children with selective or restrictive eating, and their families

She has particular expertise in neurodivergent eating, adapting her work to account for sensory sensitivities, executive function challenges and ADHD-related appetite patterns.

Her approach is calm, direct and highly individualised. She works within evidence-based frameworks such as CBT, DBT, ACT and motivational interviewing, and collaborates closely with psychiatrists, therapists and other clinicians where relevant.

As Clinical Lead, Jacqueline oversees the practice's clinical standards and provides supervision to the dietetic team.
