Self-Paced Programmes
Alongside individual appointments, we offer two structured online programmes for people with ADHD.

These are independent learning programmes, not group sessions, not live webinars. You work through them at your own pace, in your own time.

They are written by specialist dietitians with extensive clinical experience of working with ADHD and eating. The content is grounded in nutritional science and behaviour change principles, and includes goal setting tools to help you apply what you learn to your own life.

The same approach that underpins our one-to-one work, practical, realistic and tailored to how ADHD actually affects daily life, runs through everything in these programmes.

Our Programmes

Eating When ADHD is Running the Show
For adults with ADHD who want to understand how ADHD affects eating and develop strategies that actually work in day-to-day life.

Covers: appetite unpredictability, impulsive eating, forgetting to eat, executive function challenges around eating, building more consistent patterns.

A Practical Guide to Feeding a Child with ADHD
For parents of children with ADHD navigating picky eating, inconsistent appetite and difficult mealtimes.

Covers: why ADHD affects eating, reducing mealtime conflict, practical approaches to building more flexible eating, managing medication effects on appetite.
Both programmes can be used on their own or alongside individual appointments.

Nutritional is a specialist dietetic practice supporting eating disorders, ADHD, autism and ARFID with personalised online care across the UK.
