Self-Paced Programmes

Alongside individual appointments, we offer two structured online programmes for people with ADHD.

These are independent learning programmes, not group sessions, not live webinars. You work through them at your own pace, in your own time.

They are written by specialist dietitians with extensive clinical experience of working with ADHD and eating.  The content is grounded in nutritional science and behaviour change principles, and includes goal setting tools to help you apply what you learn to your own life.

The same approach that underpins our one-to-one work, practical, realistic and tailored to how ADHD actually affects daily life, runs through everything in these programmes.

Client Testimonials

Jacqueline was recommended to us by a previous client. We have found her to be extremely understanding, helpful and knowledgeable and has helped to make positive steps forward. She is absolutely key to helping our daughter with her eating disorder and I would highly recommend her.

It made a huge difference speaking to someone who understands. I've had a few sessions and the plans have always been made together and made to fit around my work and home life. The suggestions are never too overwhelming so that I feel confident that I can make them work.
