ADHD Nutrition Resources

Practical, evidence-based resources to make eating with ADHD feel more manageable in everyday life.

Written by Jacqueline Galanty

The ADHD Recipe Book

Practical recipes and strategies designed for the way an ADHD brain works.

Eating well can be surprisingly difficult when ADHD gets in the way of remembering to eat, planning meals, shopping, getting started in the kitchen or following a complicated recipe.

The ADHD Recipe Book combines simple, nourishing recipes with practical strategies to reduce the effort involved in feeding yourself well. Recipes are deliberately structured to minimise multitasking and decision-making, with clear steps, realistic shortcuts and everything you need to know laid out from the start.

Alongside the recipes, I explain how ADHD can influence appetite, eating patterns, motivation and organisation — and how small changes to your environment and routines can make eating regularly, adequately and enjoyably much easier.

It isn’t about eating perfectly. It’s about making good nutrition more achievable in real life.
