We have been supporting adults, young people and families with eating difficulties since 2020.
The practice began as a sole practitioner service and has grown into an established specialist team, working with clients across the UK through online appointments.

Referrals come from consultant psychiatrists, therapists, paediatricians and GPs, as well as from individuals and families who have found us directly.

What We Do
Eating difficulties can gradually begin to affect everyday life. Meals feel stressful, decisions about food can become overwhelming, and it can affect health, relationships and confidence.

Our work focuses on helping people find a more manageable way of eating, whatever that looks like for them.

We work with adults, young people and families across a range of presentations, including
-
eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder)
-
ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)
-
disordered eating and long-standing difficulties with food
-
eating difficulties connected to ADHD, autism and sensory differences
-
selective and restrictive eating in children and young people
Many of the people we support do not fit neatly into a single diagnosis. You do not need a diagnosis to seek support. If you are unsure, please get in touch. We will always be honest with you about whether we are the right fit.
How We Work
Each person's situation is different. We spend time understanding what is happening so that support is tailored for you. Our approach is:
Collaborative
Dietetic support often works most effectively alongside psychological therapy, and we frequently coordinate together so that your care feels consistent.
Evidence-Based
Our work combines specialist nutrition knowledge with established therapeutic approaches.

Adapted to You
Sessions can be adjusted for neurodivergent clients, including differences in sensory processing, attention and communication.
Realistic
We focus on changes that are sustainable in actual daily life.

The Team
The practice is led by Jacqueline Galanty, Specialist Eating Disorder Dietitian and Clinical Lead, and supported by Anna and Maria, both specialist dietitians.

We are all HCPC registered and hold specialist experience in eating disorders and complex eating difficulties.

Working as a team means appointments are available promptly and clients receive consistent, continuous care.
A note on our clinical focus:
We are sometimes asked whether we are nutritionists or dietitians.
We are HCPC registered dietitians. This is the legally regulated profession in the UK, it requires an accredited degree, clinical placement and ongoing registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
If you have been searching for a nutritionist for eating disorders, ADHD or neurodivergent eating support, we are likely what you are looking for.

Nutritional is a specialist dietetic practice supporting eating disorders, ADHD, autism and ARFID with personalised online care across the UK.
